REQUEST ACCOUNT DELETION FORM

To send request for Account deletion, kindly send a mail to us via: admin@myquest.com.ng with the following details as registered with us:

• Full Name
• Email
• Reason for Account delete request.

Remember that our system only stores your Name, Email and Phone alongside other additional information you updated on your Account; hence upon request, your record will be deleted from our system within 24 hours.

Please note that any Account deleted can not be restored again unless you REGISTER as new User, THANKS.
