Our Services allow registered users to create accounts, make payment for App activities, access past exam questions and answers for practice, carry out other school tasks as outlined in our “About Us” Page. • Wallet Funding: Funds are credited to your Myquest App Dashboard Wallet as coins and can be used to purchase Services. You can track your transaction history in your Account History page.

Refund Policy

We aim to ensure a seamless experience for all transactions. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Automatic Refunds: Refunds are automatically issued to Bank Account or any payment method you used for payment ONLY for FAILED or UNDELIVERED services. You can track refund status on your Wallet History page.
• Non-Refundable Transactions: Purchases of services, products or other digital content are non-refundable unless the transaction fails or the content is not delivered due to an error on our end.
• Disputes: If you believe you are entitled to a refund outside of these conditions, please contact us with details of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
